No, we charge $350 for our consultations. The fee is non-refundable and is to be paid 24 hours in advance of the consultation date. Our consultations are a true working session, lasting between 60-90 minutes long in your project space. We review the project in depth, along with your ideas for the new space. We will share our suggestions about your vision. We will also collect enough information about your project to prepare a proposal.
*All consultations include a proposal and mood board.
Please see our services pages for a more in-depth look at our process.
No, at Heirloom, we have our own in-house design process, which allows us to curate the renovation experience from beginning to end. Once you sign your contract, we will begin the design phase. Our designer will curate a design for your new space based on your
lifestyle and goals for the project. You will get two options to choose from and one round of revisions. If further revisions are needed, the work will be billed at an hourly design rate of $150/hr.
We are excited to hear from you. Please fill out our contact form and book a complimentary discovery call.
There isn’t a strict minimum budget required, but we do believe in setting realistic expectations from the start. We will talk early and often about the investment that you are comfortable putting towards your project. If the budget doesn’t cover all of your goals right now, we will talk about tackling the project in stages or give you an idea of what it will take to achieve your wish list.
If you are reading this and already dreaming about your project, reach out! We can book a discovery call and get the ball rolling. It is easier to start from the beginning than to possibly need to course correct mid-project. We can answer questions and provide insight early on to avoid future headaches.
The beautiful thing about our process is that we take the time up front to understand you. How you want to live and your preferences. We don’t subscribe to one architectural or design style. While our style is rooted in a commitment to quality craftsmanship, we take our design inspiration from you!
Let’s work with the flamingo wallpaper and the antique hutch from Grandma. The result? A space that feels curated and thought out but wildly personal.
